International Commercial Arbitration:

Is there any difference between the Common law countries and the Civil Law countries regarding the meaning of Commercial. Do the
Common law countries followed the Civil law countries or vice versa in defining the word Commercial?

I donot think so, especially among the countires signing TRIPPS and WTO.
