void ab initio from the very beginnning itself. nullity menans nothing. nullity of judgement means there is no jugement has been delivered on that particular case

when any judgment is a nullity, it does not have any impact since it is not regarded as a competent judgment like making without jurisdiction, against law etc. it has no effect and force of law.

void ab initio are those, made with no point of law making them forceful from the very begining.
