I have filed a rti

I have filed a RTI against my wife working place regarding to know she is working there, from Regd. post because she is living other state with 20/- cash (rti fee+xerox fee) and reply regd. letter with ticket but after 1 month there is no reply from their side.

so now what action can i take? Plz suggest?

You should address a letter to police station under whose jurisdiction your wife's place of working is there; the police had to investigate.

1. whether your wife is working in private or govt. institution ?

2. Fees deposited cash or Postal order or Draft ?

answer it first.

For the information you can take the help of some detective. In case the reply of RTI is not received, appeal to the appellate authority or / also act as advised by the expert.

Private schools are not covered under RTI act. If private schools are receiving grants from Govt. then they have to furnish information under RTI.
In ur case private school is under no obligation to provide rti information

Cash is not method of demanding information under RTI.

You should again demand information under RTI by consulting some lawyer

RTI Act is not applicable in private institution. You can summon the record of the service in the court through the process of the court.
