Hyderabad - registration of apartment

Few of the apartments in Hyderabad are not getting registered due to payment issues between Builder & Landowner. The buyers are being victimized as their flat are not getting registered & also neither the landowner nor builder have not filed any case in court, they just parted ways.
Please let us know what are the rights of Buyers whose flats are not registered and how should they go ahead with registration.

You have two options...

1. File a suit seeking direction to the Builder to register the Apartment. Registrar can be a formal party.

2. File a complaint in Consumer Court.

Each of these remedies have their own limitations which can be better advised by meeting a lawyer.

file complaint before consumer forum against the builder . it is duty of builder to cpmply with all formalities and have agreement regd
