Housing Society

Dear Expert,
Our Housing Society is about 40 years old. There are 99 member of indivisual bunglow. From last five years there is no audit report published by the chairman of the society. Some times meeting is conducted but only 10-15 members attend the meeting. We wish to disslove the society to make every member independent to sell or develop his plot.

What Shall we do ?

see your bye laws regarding quorum , meetings and dissolution and take necessary steps there to.
