Hit a compound wall.....

Dear sir / madam,
Last before Sunday ( 23-03-2014 ) My brother has hit a wall of the housing in the neighborhood. Because his compound wall was our place. Now neighbor compliant to police station. Now my brother is absconding. Police made FIR. Now how I safe my brother. we informed more times to remove the compound wall, but they are not responsible
Questions:

1. Court what will give the punishment? Or shall we paid only fine?
