Respected experts, I want to have a format of memorandum of understanding between three parties. I have to draft a MOU between three parties for a Govenment tender.

It is more or less equivalent to a tri-party agreement
you may have to describe about each party, what is their duty, etc
What are all their obligations
and other terms on happenings of some events, etc
Thats all

Just follow a format of agreement executed by 3 parties
