Please consider this:-

There are 3 properties:-
Property P1 (intestate), in the name of deceased mother, and in the possession of the eldest son, S1.
Property P2. shop (intestate), also in the name of the deceased mother, and in the possession of the youngest son S3.
Property P3 (Intestate), in the name of the deceased father, and in the possession of the two younger sons, S2 and S3.
The youngest son, S3 is affluent and has many high connections. S3 also runs pollution emitting factory in residential area without any valid industrial permit license from the municipal corporation, has never paid income tax, VAT, excise duty, property tax, and is using domestic water connection for industrial use
S3 wants S1 to FIRST renunciate his rightful share in both properties P2 and P3 and only after doing so, S2 and S3 will renunciate their shares in Property P1.
S1 wants all property title transfers to take place simultaneously.
S2 and S3 are THREATENING S1, that if S1 did not accede to their demands, or if S1 even tried to lodge complaint of threatening in police, S2 and S3’s wives will lodge false cases of attempt to rape/molestation/sexual abuse (harassment) against S1 and S1’s sons. S2, S3 and their respective wives are causing mental harassment to S1’s family.
S1 understands that these charges are biased in favor of women and that these crimes are non-bailable, thus maligning the reputation of S1 and S1’s sons, even if they are acquitted later.
How should S1 proceed?
