can u pls tell me best way to sell my property without knowing it to any one as my sister and her husband live with us but and they put pressure on my mom so i need to sell my property and need to settle somewhere else.. can u pls suggest best way that they can know abut this..

I am writing to seek your guidance and assistance in one of the cases that we are dealing with right now and finding it difficult to proceed further in absence of an appropriate case law on the subject matter. My client appeared in HAS examination and attained 599 marks whereas the top ranker attained 607 marks in total. She has scored above 70% marks in every subject except for hindi language paper in which she was able to score 39 marks only (the passing marks being 40). The answer sheet acquired through RTI reveals that my client was failed in the abovementioned paper deliberately owing to the fact that clear overwriting was done by examiner while checking the paper. We are in search of an authority which can convince the court that the answer sheet be produced in the court for examination. The tampering with the marks in the answer sheet has to be proved in the court so that my client is able to sit for the interview. I shall be highly grateful to you if you can help me out with this case.

I have a query and will be grateful if you can share your views on the same. I am the 3rd owner of a flat in a registered CHS and staying there since the last 18 years. The 1st owner who purchased the flat from the builder has it registered but the 2nd owner and myself have not registered the property (stamp duty has been paid in all the 3 transactions). Will there be any difficulty in case I find a buyer who wishes to avail of a bank loan, since the property is not registered?, Thanking you in advance.

friends...... the problem is tht i meet wit a girl on facebook....we beccome friends....finally after 2 yr of friendship...we fall in lov with her ...now at present we knw each other from last 4 years....2 years of being commited.....we wants to marry with each other.....we both are major 22 years old....still our relation is not disclosed in her family but my family knw about my relation and they r agree ....but the problem is that i am from an OBC cast...& She Is AGRAWAL...( well known general cast ).. i m in a fear from last 2 years ....how there parents can become ready for me after knowwing my cast......we both cant live without each other.....thts y i wana knw ur suggessions what wen ca do if her parents will disagree for marriage....we dont wana ran away from there houses.....as this situation can b arise any time thts y i wana knw in advance the rights which works in favour of lovers who wana marry... 2...what we can do if we became aware of that her parents are planning to kill me or her daughter... 3....can her parents take any action against me to get rid of me... 4....any other advises which u wana give to us ....we cant live without each other ...wana spend life with each other at any cost....

Hi Sir, I am Raj Sharma, tried to withdraw my PF 4 times and every time it got rejected by my previous employer. I check this with Noida PF office and their clerk said the rejection done by employer side. I left this company without giving any notice period. Also I am not absconding, i submitted my resignation letter to my employer. Sir please suggest what to do. I have heard that PF can not be stopped by anyone. As per my complaint to EPFO, Regional PF commissioner ask to attest PF withdrawal form by bank manager, I did 2 times however form get rejected again and again. Pls suggest.
