Hello Sir / Madam, My name is Sai Prasad, resident of Hydreabad. Family Details as follows : A) Father : Central Govt. Employee (Untimely expired 10 years back ) B) Mom : Home Maker C) Two elder siter got married D) Younger brother got father job under deseased quota. My Problem : My mother gave in written application stating to provide a suitable job to my younger brother in the BHEL company, but i haven't given in any written application. My mother requested to give permission to younger brother to do job in BHEL, as elder brother i obyed my mother orders in oral. Since my father expired in the year 2nd november 2002 i performed my 2nd sister marriage. After his completion of his ITI (technical trade),he got BHEL jo in the year 2008 and got perminent orders in year 2010. After getting perminent, My borther left home on 15th June 2011, we saw bride for him to perform his marriage she is our own caste (vishwabrahmin), these both met at matrimony site. He got registered married to the same bride on 16th July 2011 under State wakf board without our notice, they even changed their religion from Hindusim to Islam. Already we agreed to perform their marriage according to hindusim, but Bride used to believe in Allah saying that after death no one will come with me only allah will come and she preaced my younger brother also changed him also. My question : Can we file a case against him for govt. job which he got under deseased quota, he changed his name from K.s.p vinod kumar (DOB 21-02-1983 ) to Abdul Raheem & L swathi (DOB March 1989) to Tahera. 2) He did not took any responsility for my sister marriage not actively participated. 3) He said on my mom face that he will not perform Kriya Kaaram if she dies, saying as he accepted ISLAM. He is not even looking after my mom, he used to give 2000 monthly to my mom. 4) Later will he have a right on property as he got changed to ISLAM( we hae two houses built which is still on father name itself) 5) Bride & Groom Parents agreed to perform marriage accordingly to HINDUSIM, but my younger brother is not agreeing it. Could you suggest us for the above 5 queries. KSP

Sir, I made a booking at one of the builder in nOida by giving initial amount.I was told that land registration will be done in 10 days and I will be receiving a letter to pay further. NOw this has been going on for a year. Recently was told that my apartment will be transferred to another block as this block is not approved. Suddenly I receive a refund of my booking account cancelling my booking and mentioning that I di dnot meet the conditions. Now I am at a big loss 1)Haressment throughout the year 2)Incorrect information passed to me 3)Opportunity cost lost Rs 10 lakhs as the other option I had ha sincreased by 10 lakhs 4)Personal loss as i was looking for a home in next years 5)I had spent a lit of time shotlisting the property and had chosen due to the location but it seems I will have to do that work again(Time loss) Please can you suggest a way forward as I am looking for a big compensation.

Dear Sir, My friend applied for passport & has got the passport. but the problem now is that the light bill submitted to obtain passport was forged & now the CID has called him and told him to give original light bill of current month & one year back dated. It is not possible to get the original bill. 1) So what are the legal consequences & penalty/punishments for this offence? 2) What are the procedures to get out of this mess? 3) what will be the legal battle if he has to fight with the authorities? 4) Can he be pardoned if he accepts his offence & surrender the passport? 5) Can he apply for a fresh passport thereafter & will he be able to get it?

i was married in 2008 to man from chennai in arya samaj mandir in presense of my parents. i met him on matrimonial site. he got married in his native place in 2010 and we a have son. he stays with his second wife and mom at his native place and i stay with my parents. he was sending me money. i m really very upset. i will get man. i feeling vey much ditched. he was with me till his birth and he used to call us regularly but never told me he got married in chennai. i suddenly came to know and i asked him and he shouted at me and his phone is off. what should i do?
