hello sir my elder sister married in 2001. after that she was living happily with her husband. but about 3 to 4 months ago he and his father not behave well, like cruel behavior my sister is very much upset. sometime they demands something like dowry and all. they are saying to my sister go to your father's home we are not going to keep u. what is the legal way to solve the problem. thnxx

Dear Sir, kindly help me on this, we have ancestral property which was given under Will by my father to the four daughters (including me).from past few years my brothers family was living in this house and one of the room ,toilet bathroom and lawn area was being given to my brother's son and his wife purely on bonafide basis to live as they dint have any other accomodation.Now recently,my brother's son has been implicated in a criminal case and he is missing/absconding.we are fearing the order of attachment which can be oassed under section 83 CrPc.the house with its belongings except for that one room belongs completely to us.can we object or take any preventive measures against the order of attachment of property.Please help

Hello Sir,The party related to the civil case of stay is living outside from their house for 6months before filing the said suit.They filed the said suit 2months back,now they are going back to their home.Can the opposite party may harm to their property as well as their lives to make them away from their house?One party is a neighbourer to the other(adjoining houses).Sir pls suggest if it may happen to their lives as i asked above what security they may take before going back to their home safefully,peacefully and with no afraid.Your reply and suggestion is important to me.Thank you.

i am bhavesh living in bangalore. i have been cheated by 24000 Rs. one lady from gujarat told me that she will give me 500$ liberty reserve ecurrency. she told me to deposit 24000 Rs. in her icici bank ac, but after depositing money she is not responding me. Please guide me what should i do now.

Hi, My mother got state government job (Teacher) after marriage, in which the original Name was written in all of the documents i.e, kala devi (kala devi is written in all marksheets and graduation certificates). After a few years my father got expired (he was in army) at that time My mother-in-law (my dad's mother) wrote in the documents (of army) a different name(because at that time my grandmother used to a nick name) which was , Smt. Poonam. So from that time (about 28 years ago) till now it got the same name(Smt poonam Devi) in the pension which is obtained on behalf of my father. on 2008 my mother also got retired from primary Teacher Job. The biggest problem is that my mother was not aware of this thing,that in future it would be more paining, and now All the bills(electricity, water,pen card,voter id and in ration card) have the name Kala Devi. But the bank (SBI, in which my father pension comes) is saying that attach the proof of Address in which there should be a name in which Smt Poonam is mentioned. in few months there would be a unique Id, exists, then it would be more paining, because i know in future this thing (two different names with same residential address, drawing two pension would collide) how this problem can be resolved?. My mom is so tensed, as someone said that in army if they find this fault, they would stop the pension and also would recover whole of the pension they have given to us since my father death.Please Guide Me, I am not finding a way, your guidance would be highly appreciable. Thanku.
