    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    Questions relating to matrimonial disputes, civil litigations, criminal proceedings, consumer disputes, arbitrations etc can be answered by me but not anything relating to taxations.

    one of my friend who is working in the PWD state government office. As per some decisions of State govt he got ad-hoc promotion as a enginner under PWD dept in the Nov 2010 for 11 months without any recruitment Rules. In that 11 months office also not created any recruitment Rules within 11 months. he is qualified person. now state government is reverting back him under old post. so in the view of natural justice what will be remedy available with him? can he approch Maharashtra Adminitrative Tribunal against the reversion order ? is any same case citation is available for ready reference ? can govt revert him back in the December month i.e after 13 months ? (originally it was for 11 months ?? waiting for the reply soon .... regards

    Sir, In my office one of my subordinate was caught red handed by CBI. Now CBI has requested my office for voice verification of the accused. After care ful listening I regretted that I could not identiy the voice of the accused. We were two people deputed by the office and both could not identiy the voice of the accused. CBI is now giving threatening that they will take action against for non recognition of the voice and we can be arrested for non cooperation. The same is not understood. kindly guide us regards sumeet

    Dear experts pls reply. If my wife says that we did not consummate then how can I prove that.I have only some photos taken in my room.I truly say we have consummated even before marriage (Two years consummate but it was secret pls suggest me how to prove.Is there possibility of medical checkup.her parents may say her not to say.She is with her parents so they may ask her not to say about it so pls advice how to prove it..............

    Respected sir/mam, My relatives(INCLUDING MY DAD) with the help of property dealer wants to hold the possession of the land which is on the name of my sister(NOT MINOR) forcibly.THE LAND DOES NOT CONTAIN BOUNDARIES.ALL THE DOCUMENTS OF THE PROPERTY ARE IN THE FAVOUR OF THE OWNER( SISTER) .They dont allow us to sell the property AS WE WANT TO SELL THE PROPERTY .THEY ARE DEMANDING FOR 2-3 LAKHS,IN CASE WE WANT TO SELL THE PROPERTY TO OTHERS. THE PROPERTY DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY CIVIL SUIT OR ANY OTHER ISSUE.CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP US TO OVERCOME THIS SITUATION THROUGH LEGAL PROCEDURE OR SOME OTHER WAY,WE WIL BE VERY THANKFUL TO YOU.
