Hello, If a trading member files an appeal application against arbitral award and pays rs.30000/- towards fee and than award is passed in favor of Trading member. In this case does investor have to pay rs.30000/-? can I also be punished for online putting in my complaint on many of the consumer sites many times? Thanks

HELLO Sir, I need ur precious advise regarding: a sale deed was registered in 1974, regarding an open site and a home. but in panchayath property register book, the purchaser's name was entered only for HOME and not for OPEN SITE, for open site someone's name was entered as it is his inherited property and till today he paid the tax of that land, the tax payer and purchaser both have the possession over the disputed open site. now in panchayath, there is no documents available prior to 1974. QUESTION IS WHETHER THE SALE DEED IS VALID OR THE TAX PAYER IS THE OWNER OF THAT OPEN SITE AS HE PAID THE TAX AND HAVE POSSESSION? IS THERE ANY CITATIONS REGARDING THIS MATTER?

Hi sir, I have booked a flat under construction for a sum of 2 L and I received the receipt of it, I have got an allotment letter for the same.I have not still registered it. There is no where mentioned as "Terms and condition" nor i have signed in any documents till now. Now i want to cancel the booked flat and the builder says that u have to pay a sum of 50 thousand and that the remaining amount will be returned only after 60-90 days.He asked me to fill the cancellation form but i refused to fill it. Is it true that the builder can demand ? They say this only at the time i went to cancel. Shall i move to consumer court? Please advise on this.
