Helo Sir i married my wife 2 yrs ago and things were not going great between us. Her behavior was turning me off.She would always find faults with my parents and other family members for no reason and always showed great hunger for money. Recently she found me chatting to a girl who is in a different country and i a in a different country. We have not met in 4 years but i was getting emotional support from her and used to talk to her regularly. My wife left the house saying she will not live with me any more. Now she went back to India and filed a case in women cell complaining of fraud against my whole family and blaming me for adultery. She is even asking for a huge amount of money. Please advice what my options are? regards

Dear Sir, Greetings!!! Iam a indian citizen residing in goa, I need some information on the election - model code of conduct. I have constructed my own house after getting proper necessary permission from the municipal corp. and town planning dept. goa Now the work is finished & I applied for a occupancy in the month of Oct. 2011 well before Election model code of conduct is enforced in goa. My question- 1. I have to wait till the process of election is completed i.e 10th march 2012 to get an house ocupancy from the municipal council? 2. or Iam exculded from this model code. 3. Iam not belong to any party. 4. can I contact the concerned authority so that i can get a occupancy? 5. I read the FAQ on election code of conduct but iam not satisfied with the info. Kindly advise,
