    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    Questions relating to matrimonial disputes, civil litigations, criminal proceedings, consumer disputes, arbitrations etc can be answered by me but not anything relating to taxations.

    I am working in a uk based mnc company ,were i have joined on 11th june 2007 and now i have put up my resignation and planning to get relieed on 11th feb 2012 (ie after completing 4yrs,8 month,1 day or 4yrs+246days) and i was having one day of lop (loss of pay) from the above said period Do i have eligibility for the gratuity benefits??

    Respected members district consumer forum has decide one case in favaor of complainant and directed electricity company to pay compensation to complainant .we filed appeal along with condonation of delay & Depositing 80000(compensation amount) against the order before Hon'ble state commission,meanwhile complainant filed contempt petition as per section 27 of consumer protection act before forum we have raised objection in contempt petition The forum revised the order and decline /denied to grant compensation to the complainant meanwhile Hon'ble state commission Rejected the condonation of delay Application My question is whether electricity company can ask for Refund of the compensation amount which is deposited in state commission while filing appeal? Thanks in Advance

    Hello sir I wanted to know that I am filing a case against insurance company for its denial of mediclaim on the ground that" the disease is a pre existing disease prior to the inception of the policy'. however it is not so as per the doctors statement. What contentions should I press upon so that my case be admitted on the first date ie on admissal hearing.. Thanks
