We are 3 brothers and 1 sister.I am in mumbai and both my brothers are out of mumbai.I was staying with my mom in her room.My mother had not made any will and after she passed away one of my brother asked for his share so we gave him around 6 lacs after dividing the property into three and detucting 33% beause it was a "paghadi".at that time i told my second brother also to take money but he didnt took. now the propert is getting developed and now he is asking for his share in the said room.My sister is married and dont want any share in that property.my question is 1) can my brother claim for share leagally even if they were not staying with my mom from last 20 years. 2)the said room is re-devoloping an now he is asking share as per new area.do i have to pay as per new area because my mom died before the property was being developed. 3)from all these years i have paid all the rents and bills of the house and they haven`t paid anything. 4)Can i ask for one more share(i.e 1each to my brothers and 2 mine) as i was staying with my mother and i took care of her?

hello sir, i have a query regarding "paid s*x in india". I tried searching online but i see mixed reviews. Here is my case please help me resolve my query. I am single and my marriage is delayed a bit due to some family issues. Somehow one day while watching online videos i found some online dating site and got in a contact of one of a girl of age 30 around. we decided 2 meet in hotel first time and went to a hotel. In hotel while logging in they asked both of our ids . i gave my PAN card but in absence of hers id hotel guy took my permanent address,credit card details and both of our signature on these zerox. we logged into a room but i was got very scared and didnt try anything . we just came out after taking bath and all. ideally i was supposed to pay her something but looking at my condition she didnt take anything. we stayed together in room for 20-25 only. we both came out and after 4-5 hrs i went back and checked out. i am very scared and tensed after the situation. i belong to a middle class family and lot of members depend on me. I am very scared of any legal consequences. Please help me resolve my query. I am having sleepiness nights not sure how to react. you can contact me on mayank.vik@gmail as well. Dear sir, ( Domestic violence, kindly give your opinion and oblige ) ,01 My wife did not appear and not filed rejoinder from last two dates, whether case may be dismissed if 3rd time she does not appear and file rejoinder.. 02 She demanded monetary loss of Rs 45 lacs due to metnal and physical torture, whether court may order me to pay.. 03 What she can demand residence outside on rent or purchase at my cost. Hi Im a resident of c-9 vasant kunj and a lot of residents from here and other far off sectors,both adults and children are not allowed to play in the DDA parks of c-9 and c-6(ARAVALI n VASANT VATIKA respectively).According to a judgement by the Delhi High Court in Rajinder Nagar Welfare Association vs MCD/DDA n others,children cant be stopped by anyone from playing in any parks whatever may be the reason.the rwa says that the cricket academy thats being run in the c-9 dda park pays for the maintainance and thus the rwa doesnt have a say.they say we must pay to play there,apart from what we re already paying to the RWA every year.similar reason given in c-6 where they say the ornamental flowers get destroyed.theyve called the police so many times before who come n stop us from playing despite the high court ruling that says noone can be stopped from playing.urgent advice needed as to what the next step should be,it will be greatly appreciated by all of us,
