Regarding FLAT Possession - Bangalore I have purchased a FLAT in Jan 2010 with Posession in Dec 2010, Builder is not giving possession yet, I had some payment late to him and for that he is charging me 3 L, Now the builder is saying he will waive of the amount if i give him the letter saying i have financial prbm as shown below. "Dear Shankar, You have to send us a letter saying you have financial problem, and then we can provide relief to you based on your financial problems. However we would like to do your registration only after we have finished all items pertaining to your flat. Kindly meet Mr.XXX and Mr.XXX in the site at the earliest, towards pendng works if any" 1. Should i send any letter like this? 2. I have a Tripartie agrremtn, Does builder has rights to CANCEL "Agrremnt to Sell" and sell it someone? My EMIs till date for 2 yrs are correct. Hi, I got arya samaj wedding done this April'12 and got registered in the court the next day.And we did this to apply my international visa as my guy stays abroad.The ceremonies were planned for later this year and then we would have officially stayed with each other, so till now I have been staying with my family. Now we are facing a lot of compatibility issues and have decided to not to carry on further and have planned to not to stay with each other in future too and want to end this marriage.What should be done in this case? whether annulment can be applied since we did stay with each other for even for a single day ? Or what should we do?

Dear Sir, Three Months BackAs a Authorised Representative of The Committee of Housing Co-opretive society I signed Vakalatnama on behal of and for the managing committee and court noted my name as representative of My society ,As off now i have already resigned from the managing committee then also Advocate and other committee member's force all responcibilty on me to fight case on behal of society ..is it legal? ..with best regards..Nilesh S Shah
