    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    Questions relating to matrimonial disputes, civil litigations, criminal proceedings, consumer disputes, arbitrations etc can be answered by me but not anything relating to taxations.

    I took loan 0f Rs.1,00,000 on 6% interest per month and made an agreement and gave a repayment cheque, interest cheques plus builders booking slip of my flat as collateral security. Complainant denies having an agreement,interest cheques and security.I admitted I took loan on interest , gave repayment cheque and have the photocopy of the agreement.In sting operation I made vcd in which complaintant admitted all the things truely. What is the status of the case under negotiable instrument act(sec 138) with vcd and photocopy of agreement which I have as an evidence?

    Is a Sale Agreement for a property mentioning the total amount, duration of leaving the said property etc made on plain paper between the buyer & seller in presence of two witnesses valid? The seller has accepted a token amount during signing, however there is no mention of this token amount on the agreement? The seller is willing to return the token amount with interest if required. Can such a deal be cancelled? Can the buyer pose any problems if this deal has to be cancelled?

Is it possible to convert an Engineering Co-operative Society Ltd (registered under West Bengal co-operative society act) to a privet Limited Company? Or whether it will be a promoter/ director/ share holder of any privet Limited Company? Or can it work jointly with any privet Limited Company? What will be the right procedure to do that?
