I was dating a girl since several months. We did marriage too (She also has photoes and marriage certificate) and also physical. Now I got another girl and my family was going to do engagement cermony. But my previous girlfriend sensed and contacted my new girlfriend's family to show marriage certificate. 1. I dont want to keep my previous girl friend now as my wife 2. She is willing to be with me otherwise she is saying to involve me ina case of rape/dowry/deceive What can I do now to leave her ? Can she book a case of consecious rape ? Can she get all the benifit of a legal wife if I do not keep her as a wife ? Thanks Mukaish

In order to ensure and implement this, with effect from April 26, 2011 buildings declared and booked as ''unauthorized construction" by MCD, shall be put on the website of MCD, DDA, NDMC and Delhi Cantonment Board on daily basis with foolproof arrangements of informing the concerned sub-registrars. this is order of lg delhi i needs ur help in understandin this order is that the date mentioned in this is to stop the transaction of all booked properties prioer to this date or it is for those will book from and after this date. kindly reply fast thanks kaushik

Sir my father, uncle and grandfather sold a property in 1995 by singing GPA,.. but they were not aware of the value of the property but have signed blindly for 4 acres land in Bangalore, while the deal was agreed for 3.20 guntas. Myself and my yelder sisters was minor at the time of sale happened. Hence i am the grand son and two grand daughters who are married,.. do i have a rights to file a case against my ancestors property,... even now in PAHANI (RTC) the property is in my grand fathers name.. Please suggest a way.. whether theirs any way to get a compensation by filing a case,....

Can an employee working in a PSU be terminated after resigning during probation?, The resignation was accepted and the acceptance letter from the organisation stated that the resignation is accepted and that the relieving would be provided subject to payment of the bond amount on or before a specific date. But the letter was recieved only two days after the date specified. and before anyother communication was made from the employee side the employer sends another letter stating that the employee is terminated. How can a employee be terminated after the acceptance of resignation letter by the organistion and just becos the bond amount was not paid within the specified date since the organisations letter was sent late, and employee is terminated without any notice before?
