Dear Sir, Me SUBHADEEP MUKHERJEE. I have marry on 02.03.2012, but till now I have not registered my marriage with goverment. I belong from general caste(bramhan) and my wife belongs from OBC (Other Backward Caste) (Napit). Now after the registration her surname will be Mukherjee. For this reason her OBS Certificate will be cancelled or not. THE SECOND QUERY She have to write my surname along with her father's surname in bracket or not. If she only write my surname what problem can occur in the case of OBC Certificate. Kindly help me

hi,i find that my husband is having an extra marital affair and carrying on with a girl who is half his age.this is goin on now since 3 years and im a little worried about the security of me and my children.we own a flat (our only asset)which is in joint names of me and my husband and the papers are with the bank as he had taken a loan and most of the installments are paid. what are the steps i should take if i want the papers to be with me.also,he has been presurrising me to sell d flat..can he sell the flat without my signature or by forging my signature if he gets the papers..and also what are the other steps i shud take ...Pls guide as i would be very thankful

Sir, 1) I and my team was organizing a New Year Night Event, in which my Team Members cheated me and ran away leaving me alone to face the public. All the artist,vendors cheated me at the last moment. 2)Police didnt take my complain that night and neither on 1st Jan 2013 & took one of my clients who attended the party and filed an FIR against me a case of 420 IPC 3)I need to solve all this matter, I need to return the guest money who had purchased tickets, for which police has not been helpful and wanted to make it a big crime as I am not the localite from that city. 4)We had given authority to our sponsor to sell tickets,so most of the ticket sale money is collected with our sponsor and they have still not given it to us and it should be some where around 7lakhs. we had collected 3lakh worth rupees ticket which was given away to our vendors as advance payment. 5)my lawyer told to leave city and give him the authority to take anticipatory bail on behalf of me, so that after the anticipatory bail we can come out in public, put a case on the ones who cheated us as well claim our money from the sponsor so we can release the money to the clients who are demanding it to avoid any 420 case on us. 6)Now my lawyer is telling they have heard that this case has gone in hands of CID. am just not understanding whats happening and whats going to happen. I need to clear my name than just hiding. It an event that failed, in which no harm has happen to public and am waiting to come out in media as well refund the money and ask police for help to catch the main culprits.
