My wife has filed a false FIR aganist me and my parents u/s 323/342/354/54. She has sent me and my father to police custdy. We are police bail. Now she is entangle us in 498a/406 cases. She has filed a false complaint in women cell. Two dates have been over. Now my wife is coming for compromise and she want to come back again to my family. Me and my parents have got Notice bail from the court. We both are divorcee. We did marriage dowryless. I have the paper cutting. I dont want to call her back. Sir if i will Section 13 aganist her. What kind of difficulties will come in the women cell or in the court. Will me or my parents get Anticipatory bail easily. Kindly help

HELLO SIR THIS SANDEEP, IN ADVANCE THANKS FOR YOUR HAPPY REPLAY MY QUERY IS EXAMPLE: A,B,C,D ARE THE 4 FAMILY MEMBERS A - FATHER B - MOTHER C - ELDER SON OF A AND B D - YOUNGER SON OF A AND B B- MOTHER DIED IN 1999. A AND C WERE SOLD THE B'S PROPERTY IN 1999 , AT THE TIME D WAS MINOR AND HE DIDN'T DO ANY SIGNATURES ANY WHERE, NOW HE WANTS TO CLAIM HIS MOTHER'S PROPERTY D HAS A RIGHT TO CLAIM HIS MOTHER'S PROPERTY SHARE NOW ? hi,i find that my husband is having an extra marital affair and carrying on with a girl who is half his age.this is goin on now since 6 years and im a little worried about the security of me and my children.we own a flat (our only asset)which is in joint names of me and my husband and the papers are with the bank as he had taken a loan and most of the installments are paid. what are the steps i should take if i want the papers to be with me.also,he has been presurrising me to sell d flat..I was made aware that he cannot sell the flat without my signature..now,a very meagre amount is left with the bank to be settled after which they would release the papers...i would like to know what should i do if i do not want the bank to release the papers to him?and also if not sell the property what are the other possible steps he would take to get his share ..like can he transfer/gift his 50 percent share ?also im having my high doubts that if he gets the papers from the bank he wud run away..in that case what are the steps i should take?Pls guide as i would be very thankful
