Sir, I saw your profile on www.lawyerclubindia.com I have an Issue, I would be greatfull if you can suggest me some thing. Issue: I had a girlfriend. We were planning to get married this year. Our relationship was very deep and intimate. Suddenly from last 1 month or so she changed her mind and started refusing to marry giving feeble reasons. I tried to convince her but she and his younger brother are threatening to lodge a false complain against me that I have been stalking and harassing her mentally. We were having sexual relation and it was her who initiated. My query: If she lodges a false complains, to counter it, can I lodge a complaint against her for physically exploiting me by promising to marry me?? I read many times in the newspaper where woman are lodging complaint against men on the above bases, under the charges of rape. Can it be applicable vies- versa? I no longer wish to marry her. I have some of her photographs, 100s of SMS and some videos by which I can prove that we were having very close relations. Thanking you. i had joined an eye hospital for internship. They had a bond that 1st yr internship witout money,2nd yr fellowship with 3500 stipend mnthly. after fellowship if we leav hav to pay 1 lakh otherwise have to wrk thr for two yrs as staff(total 4 yr bond) now im internship ,going to end. now i want to leave thr...bcoz whole hospital run by us students witout money we r working too much, our chiefs optical shop is in tht hospital,so he shouting nd forcing us to give more number of glasses to patient (cost of glasses is very high there) ...so really i dont want to be here..HELP ME plz after signing Bond they had told they wil giv photocopy,,hav not given.Thank God only marklist of 3 semester only i hav given. CAN I GO after internship without issues? if i pay 1 lakh?

Dear Sir, Within the past two years I had lent money around 1 lakh to my friend. She had agreed to me that she would repay it. But when I asked for money in the last week, she told me that she dont have the money and I can go and get it from her parents if I want. The money transactions happened in Bangalore and her permanent address is in Kerala. She do not have a permanent address here. My friend has an affair with one guy and they are planning to get married without the consent of her parents. In this case, how can I get my money back. Can I get it back even if she gets married to her boyfriend.? Request you to provide your valuable feedback. Thanks!

sir, i am working in a rajasthan state govt job. I have applied for NOC for appearing in the examination of a psu, before applying to the examination.but i have not get any reply even after four months, neither they accepted it nor have they rejected.I apeared for the exam and got selected. now at the time of interview they are telling me that you should have applied before.and asking that under which rule we should give NOC to you kindly tell me that what I should do?? what are the rules regarding NOC? i am not under any type of bond obligation
