    Questions relating to matrimonial disputes, civil litigations, criminal proceedings, consumer disputes, arbitrations etc can be answered by me but not anything relating to taxations.

    sorry sir by mistake i wrote ma'am.i know these days dowry and DVA is misused but there r still women who r tortured just lyk me.sum say i m greedy.i m doing it for money.but my god knows i dont want any money.i am pregnant and i wantted to give my child the support of his father and mother.but his father is not even bothered to know whether i m still carrying the child in my womb.so how can i leave such a cruel man?

    hello ma'am.my name is priti.i got married in 2011.my husband is NRI.he and his family tortured me mentally & physically for dowry and even i was forced to work at home and in a shop.whatever i earned my husband snatched away and the whole belongings to me.i tried to solve the matter on personal level also but all in vain.wen i got pregnant he got me to india and fled away.warrant has been issued and he already fleded.his parents are also hiding sumwhere left their house.how to get them arrested.they filed for anticipatory bail which was rejected.pls help me.

    Sir When i was in college my father has rented our house groun floor and we shifted to first floor(in our newly constructed duplex) and now after nearly 7 years we have asked our tenants to vacate our home as my father is suffering from arthritis and for him it is difficult to climb stairs and as i am also going to get married in one year so i want to stay on first floor. But our tenants have refused to vacate our accomudation and our aggrement have also expired 1 year ago, so how should i proceed as my father is 72yrs, i have to do something to help him.
