Dear Sir, I need your kind advise on my right position regarding the case I have filed against my tenant. I have shifted to my parents' house before 3 years. After that I have filed the case on tenant to occupy the room. They have been given this room as tenant before 35-40 years. 1st generation of tentant is died but still the next generation is staying & not paid rent since, last 12 years. All the points have been mention in our case paper. Judge is asking Tentant to come before court, around 6 notices have been given but tenant still not produce before court. About 2nd Generation of Tenant, they came later in the house i.e just before 3 years. Just beofre I come back to our house in Ahmedabad. Please, advise, how can we make our case stronger so we get rid of this tentant, how much time from now it should take.

Sir I had filed 3 criminal application u/s 482 so far in the last 10 months in the Bombay high court for getting RELIEFS AND TO GET REGISTER f i r AGINST THE RESPONDENT. but ALL THE THREE WERE DISPOSED . However the third did stated in its order to the sessions court to espidiosly take up the case, and stating that the grievance of the Applicant is that he want FIR to be registered. Since my life is in danger. However the session’s court had not taken it seriously. There was vacation for one month. New judge came who told me to send notice to the respondent. Affidavit of service was made. But the accused did not turn up in the court. The sessions crt judge told me that the court will now send the notice to the respondent. Now again after 25 days the respondent did not came up in the court. Now the judge is telling me that the report of the police had not come so 31 august 2013. Date is given. And i know even on that date nothing is going to happen. My qs is that i am again filing Criminal application under section 482 the fourth one. So does the court do have inherent powers vested in its u/s 482 to register an F I R. is it so. Since my life is in danger. i had already filed 6 writ petitions in the Bombay high court so far in the last 3 years. which were disposed. now its already fourth yr in the Bombay high court. the accused has very high profile contacts and so the police is not registering any FIR so far and even my all 6 writ petitions were disposed off. The high court is telling me to file private complain which i had already filed. First 15 months in the lower court which was disposed off and now 4 months in the session’s court.

Sir I have joined one co where timings are from 10am to 8pm with half hour break for lunch written in offer letter.I am not happy due to some dirty politics.Are there timings legal as per punjab shop act since co is trading co.and can I challenge their timings on the basis of shop act since they dont pay overtime also.Please suggest

Hello Sir i am from Mumbai i am married for 12 years 2 years back my wife sold my house in which i had made it in her name and also all my stuff in that house without my permission i used to give her all my income and all the cheque book and passbook was with her. Her reason is that i fight with her i do not communicate with her and also that i do not support her i listen to my mom,also she had a problem with me charting on face book with some foreign girl in which she had to take this step.First she told me that i have to stay with my mom for 15 days then she went to her native house in Mysore and then always she was treating me with all sort of things anyway sir i gave her time and space for all this but still no change in her.She also have moved from Mysore and also she changes her phone no 3 to 4 times nor she is allowing me to see the kids i have 2 kids age 11 and 8 never seen them for the past 1 1/2 years.She had taken all my belonging then i told her i need my clothes and also my certificate then after 1 1/2 years she has given me only my clothes and certificate and nothing else rest i don't know what she has done. Now Sir i have stopped sending her the any income because i myself have no house i am staying in my mom house i also need to purchase a house of my own which i need to start saving all again my income. Now she say she wants a divorce if i don't send any income to her also she id treating me with other unwanted activities i told her if she want a divorce then i am ready but she has to come to the court in Mumbai. will the court allow me to give her any maintenance Sir if she goes for a divorce because i really have nothing now with me. P/N Sir i have stopped all income because she has done this to me without realizing wast will happen to the kids and also because of her stubbornness this income was stopped 8 monyhs from now and also due to my present staying which i am staying with my mom and also i don't like the people which they are speaking behind my back so i also need to make a house for my self that is why i need now to save a lot of money. Please help me sir.Thank-you for all your help and support.
