I want to make a passport, while filling the form i came across a question about being charged with criminal proceedings or any arrest warrant/summon pending before a court of india. An FIR was filed against me and i had to take a conditional bail from the High Court although the proceeding haven't started yet nor do I have to go to the court for dates. So do how do i answer this question? a yes or a no? please help urgently

one of my friend is working as Assistant Professor Management college and college has not given him any appointment letter.He only signs in attendance register and receives salary through vouches as cash in hand, which is consolidated salary.He is teaching Business law, labor law , taxation and Human resource management to MBA/BBA students.He is also enrolled as an advocate. So can he practice and continue in job as part time also?

HI Sir/ Mam We have rented a place in Chennai for more than 20 years with different businesses. We have not stopped to pay the rent once also. Presently we do hotel business for past 5 years but two years ago our landlord suddenly asked us to stop the cooking which made us to go through lot of loss and now we are not able to run the hotel due to that. but still pay the rent. Please let me know how can i legally aproch this and do I have any chance to win the case. Regards Anu

Dear Forum, An arbitraion was filed before arbitator for recovery of dues, accordingly award was passed in favour of financial institution Thereafter Execution application was moved for attachment of property to recover due, however during the pendency of Execution, chamber summon was filed by father in law of the Judgement debtor stating that propert belongs to father in law and not judgement debtor. Soon said financial instituion made application for withdrwal of Execution before High Court, however High Court levied cost on financial institution to be deposited in eight weeks on Decree Holder because of the hardship caused to father in law the applicant of HCamber summons as he was a senior citizen. Now 12 weeks have passed and fainancial institution failed to deposit the cost within eight weeks or ask for reduction in cost, meanwhile father in law who was the applicant in chamber summons through his advocate has sent notice tht they will go for contempt . so in this case what can be done to save financial instutution

sir one of my friend got married to a girl 3 years ago whose age at the time of marriage was 16 years as per high school certificate but girls father (central government employee) service record shows her age 22 years at that time....so my question is how he can register his marriage to obtain a certificate....which certificate needs to be submitted for registration...high school certificate or service record copy. Thanx
