The husband is vagabond and have illegal intimacy with other women, and he applied for grant of divorce before competent court and same is pending, he took away the minor girl from mother... The father was not caring the wife since from marriage and the minor was with mother till took away by father... So what petition mother need to file, either under child and ward act or Hindu minor and parents act..... Please do needful

Hi, I need your help. My husband who is working in a pvt company in delhi. He's taking care of the operations which include inventory, delivery of the items, cash transactions and all.Now he is facing a problem. He was on leave from 20th till 24th aug'14. in his absence on of his team member went to deliver a item without his permission. Now the Runner ran along with the Money. the problem is now company is saying that he has done this. because that runner told the company that amount is with my husband and my husband threat the runner. Kindly help me out as my husband is innocent. Now the company is blaming my husband for all this and he's calling local cops for this and company is trying to get my husband into custody.

Respected Sir, Please guide me in a matter as per below: My deceased Grandfather have four sons No 1,2,3,and 4. Number 2 and 4 is deceased and i am son of No 2. In a **** situated maharashtra village place Grand-grand fathers ancestral land property, Number 1 have submitted bogus application at Talathi office with the name of his father (my grand father) on 17/8/94 (Mutation Entry) but who actually died on 09/07/94.[MUTATION ENTRY ON APPLICATION OF A PERSON WHO ACTUALLY DEAD AT THE TIME OF FILING AN APPLICATION].Aforesaid land is sold by number 1 for his personal benefit in year 2008. After the inquiry held by Collector with my application and followed with an order to carry revision of mutation entry, SDO HAS CANCELLED THIS ILLEGAL MUTATION ENTRY IN REVISION UNDERGONE WITH AN ORDER IN JUNE 2014. and record of right is corrected with legal heir of No 1,2,3,and 4.COUPLE DAYS BEFORE. Meanwhile i have had filed partition suit in 2011 including with all other properties and Purchaser of aforesaid land is the party as respondent. NOW MY PROBLEM IS THAT HOW TO ACQUIRE PHYSICALLY THIS LAND BY NO 2,3,4 BECAUSE NOW LEGAL ENTRY IN ROR HAS BEEN TAKEN UP NOW. AND WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW for POSSESSION CAN TESHSILDAR OR CIRCLE ISSUE SPECIAL ORDER TO POSSESSION IS POLICE PROTECTION WHEN POSSESSION HELPS OUT PLEASE GUIDE ME CORRECTLY. One of my friend made one fake Legal birth certificate. He gave me One colored form to fill in good writing. I got trapped in his words and filled that form for him. Then recently i got to know that , he put some Govt Stamp on the same paper and gt it Laminated and used as proof of Birth in getting Passport. He got passport also on the same fake document. Now he blackmailing me for this and asking for Money. Can I take help of Court or put some RTI in office to get the verification of the Birth certificate. If found fake , can we go for some legal action against him so that in future , if something happen wrong him or if he will get trapped in some case due to this birth certificate , then i dont want to get involve in this. Plz advise what shud i do to save myself from all this...???

samsher says : Tahsildar not releasing file
We have land whose ownership has now come other dispute. We genuinely believe that the other party's claim is bogus and so have been fighting it out in court. Following a trail of documents we have found out that there is a piece of document which will remove any doubt about the rightful ownership of this land and this file is crucial for our next hearing in court to go well. We applied for the file through the RTI act. The said file is sitting in the Tahsildar's office and all our honest attempts to obtain it have been futile. For the last week my father has been visiting the office every single day but he is always on leave or too busy to meet. His one signature will release the file and there is no legal reason for him to not sign yet he is delaying. We do not have much time and need to act immediately. What action can we take, who can we approach so that the Tahsildar releases this file. In case there is nothing to do to get the file before monday (4/08/14) , on what grounds can we ask for an extension in the court. (this would be the second extension we are requesting). All help is truly appreciated.
