Dear sir, My wife is threatening me to lodge 498A against me .I got married on 10-12-2013. After marriage she stayed with me for one month then one day she went to her parent’s house. After one month both the families sat together and after discussion and she came back to live with me She always use to say that I have the right to live in this house if there is any issue between us . She was pregnant at that time so we take her to my native place so that my parents could take care her. After 10 days when my parents were not at home only my grandparents were at home her bother and other family member came they convinced them they they are taking her for few days and we will return and also told them that they have talked to my parents also and take her to her fathers house. When my parents tried to talk to her father he refused to talk even when I tried to talk to her she said I have my own priorities. When she gave birth to baby they didn’t tell us and sent a notice to our panchayat to add the name of the baby. When the panchayat person told us regarding this we were shocked our panchayat secretary called her father through phone regarding this then on same day they filed the case to women cell. After living separately from me for six month she filled a complaint . In the first counseling she made false allegation of dowery and torture. I am apprehending false 498A or DV case against me.I have one house in my name at a place where I work in a company and this place is very near to her native place. Her father also has political influence. They are threatening us. Then I gifted that house to my mother. Till date only women cell have done counseling with me and my parents, no case has been filed till date. Can the court revert that decision? Can my mother transfer that property to my both sisters name as they are married? . Please also suggest what should I do if she files a 498a

Sir My relative was booked under section IPC 376,417 and 420. He was accused of above by one of his friends. The friendship was from 1 year and she asked him to marry,but he did not. he does not have any extra relationship with her except as freind. she was treated as family friend but she misused that to black mail him to get marry and when rejected she filed above cases. now he is arrested and in remand( since 20 days) 1. our lawyer was saying after filing chrage sheet and 164 enquiry form then only bail can be applied and we will have chances of bail 2. How many days it will take for bail and whats the exact procedure this all is creaiting lot of tnesion....advice us

Respected Mam/Sir We have registered document in our name but Municipal people are hesitating to make Katha in our name. Is Registered Document not eligible for obtaining Katha?? If not on what basis??? how to fight for Katha then??? we have applied in Sakal, RTI Act still they are rejecting it .How to proceed further???

Hello Sir, My father law was doing business on a rental premises for last 35 years and he did not had any paper work done with the landlord, last 1 and half year he had started doing business in partnership in the same premises but never made any agreement or partnership deed with whom he was doing business, now my father in law is no more and his partner claims that he was paying rent for using the premises and have file a case in court for the same, since we do not have any paper to prove that he was in partnership with my dad how do we proceed since the premises is a rental one we cannot rent the same premises to other as per rental law so how to we prove our stand that he was been allow to use the premises as a partner. My father in law had also invested some capital amount in the same business which he had told us verbally when he was not keeping well that also that person denies now. We want him to vacate the premises please suggest what steps can we take to get it vacated and also regarding the case what can we do in this matter
