w.p.decided by hon'ble high court orer to comply ordedr within eight weeks .date of orer is 22 july 2010 accordingly eight weeks period complete on 22 sep 2010 .we proceed to Hon;ble supreme court to challange the order my question is 1)can apposite party file contempt proceeding after eight weeks or after 3 months from date of order(limitation period)pls reply urgently Thanks and regard

sir plz tell guide me about the procedure of quashing in high court .both parties have to appear in court or only documents have to produce in the court ,or summons or notice will issue to next party how much time it will take

i have executed a bayana on property of two plots at a total consideration of 30 lacs. The buyer paid me total of 5 lacs as earnest money on both the plots. one was vacant and other was on rent.during executing sale deed of one portion the buyer paid only 10 lacs and asked to adjust 5 lac of bayana in payment. the same was done and one portion was given to him through sale deed. The other portion date was fixed for 20.7.2010. The tenant had not vacated the same till then. The tenenant is there for 3 years. The buyer was not ready with payment and kept on telling us to get the papers ready. Dates of bayana crossed and deed was not executed. Now he has sent us legal notice claiming that we have to sell the same to him. Infact without sale deed being executed he has taken under his possession a small portion of the property not sold to him. Please advice.

We applied to Session Court for A.b. but hon. court is not ready to give decision even after hearing. Can before the decion of Session court pending we approach HC also for A.B. in this case. Me is having one query! kindly provide me the best advice. There is Case in India against juvenile. He was of 15 age during the incident now he was of 27 year. Lower court has punish him for 3 year special home. Now case was in session Court. Now the accused is completed study, he did M.B.A, 2 year software Engg. Diploma & now he is earning and having Manager in some industry even he is Married. Now let me know will he get any benefit because now he is not enter in special home what will the decision?
