    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    Questions relating to matrimonial disputes, civil litigations, criminal proceedings, consumer disputes, arbitrations etc can be answered by me but not anything relating to taxations.

    1.Marriage on many false info about girl & her family.(Biggest is Wife 5 year older than boy. Wrong detail in nikahnama.One Proof how fraud this family is. ) 2.Girl's Family start demanding diffrent things soon after the marriage & interfare a lot in my family matters. 3. Inlaws take 1 lakh as credit. Transfer car as security after 3 month of marriage(maruti-800 given at the time of marriage to boy). But when ask for return girl's family told husband to sell the car. After that girl start keeping her jwellery at her paternal home. Something every time. & make excuses for it. 4. To the extreme girl's family send dirty sms & calls(sumaiyya) to sister's fiance from a fake number.(9760154367)( I have recorded proof) 5. Girl faught a lot when told about sms & calls. 6. After 7-8 days, on 29/1/2010 Her father & brother take her home with 5 month old son.(only child in family). 7. Husband write letters in his PS & girl's PS also. 8. Father & brother in law abuse & threatened very badly on phone to husband when husband called. Said that We are blaming them fasly. 9. Refuse to send girl when we reach her parental home to take back the girl with some reputated people. 10. father demand property in her name & family create a scene, blame inverse on us to supress there ill-doings. We returned. 11. I (husband) send legal notice in april. 12. Girl run to CAW in may 2010 . 13. Husband Filed RCR.( unaware of complaint in CAW.) Her lawyer said no chance for mediation in court. 14 In CAW Girl ready to come back if we say sorry. ( I have copy of her statement in CAW) 15. I said I was ready to take her back but on my conditions. 16. Girl want her goods back, She gave her list but not that one sighned by me. I gave my list. Girl agreed at my list. 17 But as I was busy in sister's marriage I am unable to return it. 18. Girl din't visit for last two dates in CAW. 19. Filed FIR (498a & 406) by force, on 30th nov.2010.( day on sister's marriage). 20. Court send for mediation (order no arrest till mediation). Here Girl refuse to come back (her lawyer teach her). But I still said that I was ready to take her back but on my conditions. Please note-- Instead of talking to us , the family wander here & there in my relatives & inpose false alligations on us. No-one from there side has came forward to talk to us yet. As everyone knows how cheap this family is.The family also make arrangements to beat me on road.I have recorded proof of dirty talk between girl & her family members. What should I do? I don't want to stay with that girl.

    Sir If one of the co-owner comes into possession of the immovable property under the decree for eviction of tanent,than the other co-owner could file for partition at any time,means after passing of years.

    I have divorced my wife on 12 Dec. 2000. After divorce She filed the case 498A SEC. 4&6 on 7-07-2004 and another Case Protection of woman Domestic Violence Act 2005 (43 of 2005) sec. 12 on Oct. 2010. We did not announced in the News paper, Can we announce Now, it is legally acceptable in the court? Govt. Qazi has issued Divorce Certificate and sent Divorce notification but she refused to receive the register mail . Please provide Reference of law to protect us.
