Mr. Makkad, I want to know in case of criminal proceeding of 420/406 on a goverment servant, can the court order the decree of bank accounts if the person receive the gratuity/pf etc. Please advise.

Hi sir, I have a query regarding dependts rights on a property. I have purchased a property in hyderabad and got it registered by paying atamp duties. my query is that i have purchases from a person who has a wife, a physically handicapped son, 2 daughetrs which are married. His wife and son (physically handicapped & not married) is not staying with the person. he has not given divorce to his wife. My query is that in future do his wife or son or his married daughter can claim any interest in the sold property. In all the registered documents he has , he is the owner and now we purchased from him so from now onwards we are the owner. Can his dependents have any claim on the sold property. sir this is payal here i got married in may 2005.last year in oct 2010,my sister in law came at my home she told us that she will not go back home near her husband.she has 2 kids and she left both of them with her husband n wanted divorce.when she came at my home she again created mess at myplace she told sommany fake talks 2 my husband which created misunderstandings between us,than me n my hubby got separeted but my husband had anger for me in his mind and his heart.hedidnt come at our new hom he had came only in the night at 12pm n went from there at 5am daily for 7-8 days this was his routien when v got separated.on seventh day he said i dont want 2 live with you n if you can spend your life in this way you can stay here oryou can leave,i have a son when i asked him for somem money for household he refused for every thing,than i came back to my parents home now its more than 7 months ,he did not call me ,no msg from his side.....what should i do sir p;z suggest me...
