    Questions relating to matrimonial disputes, civil litigations, criminal proceedings, consumer disputes, arbitrations etc can be answered by me but not anything relating to taxations.

    Dear All, I would like to know is there any proceedure to be registered for Real Estate Business. Please clarify my doubts reagarding real estate business. 1. If we collect money from the People as EMI for purchasing of Plots/lands. Is there any law applicable 2. Any specific law like monthly returns, tax, legal proceedings.....etc..,,, 3. Any specific law like contract act, property act applicable for the business of real estate.... 4. Collecting money from people whether it comes under "Money circulation act" ? 5. Any Pvt company can be formed for real estate business....what are proceedures and fomalities applicable laws............. Please do clarify the above doubts................................     Category : Others | This query is : open Set as : Resolved author : Vidyadhar Rayidi Posted On 20 May 2011 Sir,my wife filed 498-A case against 6 of us in July 2010 (147/2010),we were released on bail & now in May I received a notice from the family court Guntur,that I should be present on the 30th May against 125crpc.She has claimed for Rs. 10,000/- (Rs5000,for her & Rs. 5k for her son who is 6 years old.She has 2 shops in a commercial locality getting a monthly rent of Rs. 5k, registered against her name,a house site also which is worth Rs. 6 lakhs & more over she holds a Masters Degree in M.B.A. Please suggest me what more could I produce like liabilities,& some tips on chances of dismissal of her case.     My name is kavita , i have booked one flat in vasai road mumbai for which i have hire one lawyer from vasai only i always request taht lawyer for do teh flat registrations on on time which vendor wants , he assure me at the time of first meeting but later on when we meet him he always give us excuses so ,we decied to go for new laywer and we told earlier one lawyer that deal has been cancelled ,on the day of registrion we meet each other i.e. first one and second one lawyer on same place registrions , the earlier one lawyer came to know that we have done registrions and he is sending us notice of demand of his full fees of rs.3000/- for which he doesn't work for me ? now what is solutions my second one lawyer is relax becoz as he is lawyer he can handle me but what abt us ? the first lawyer also sen d notice to my new lawyer also ? pls., reply i m trouble or not ? how he could do with us ? Sir, yester day i wnet to his office he niether entertain me niether speck with me , he say u come with prior appointment , sir is the way to behave with clients? if i ask him appointmnet he will say no time right now , sir comprise is not possible as lawyer is not ready to talk also , as he doen't do any work we have rights to hire a new lawyer in case of imergency . pls., suggest us ur advise sir my case is guniue , i m poor not afford two lawyers fees at one time at teh time of flat registrations ? but the lawyer sending me notices and also new lawyer as he is lawyer he can handle himslef but i don't have money to fight against this ? i m leaving on rent flat right now he is ending notices on this flat ? need advise ? Dear Experts , Please reply with suitable advise as i not able to afford the lawyers fees i can't go to BAR COUNCELLING MAHARATRA & GOA , is any other way which i can handle this matter , i don't want to give truoble both my new laweyrs and my flat onwer where now i m leaving on rented flat yet i have not recevied pocession of my flat ,so he is sending notices on our both home , please let what can i do against the lawyer who harasser me for fees without any of my work done by him.

    DEAR SIR, CAN A LOKADALAT JUDGE SIGN THE AWARD(2007) IF IT COMES UDER DOUBLE JEOPARDY EVENTHOUGH BOTH COMPLAINANT & ACCUSED SIGNED. IF SIGNED BY THE ACCUSED ALSO KNOWINGLY OR UN-KNOWINGLY ON THE ORDER. COMPLAINANT TAKING UNDUE ADVANTAGE OF THE AWARD. THE SECOND CONDITION OF IMPRISONMENT AFTER COMPLYING THE PAYMENT OF 50 THOUSAND ON THE SPOT IN THE COURT AND ALSO FILIED A PETITION IN THE SAME COURT FOR EXECUTING THE SECOND PART OF THE AWARD. CAN THE COMPLAINANT FILE AGAIN ON THE SAME ORDER EXECUTION ONCE THE AMOUNT IS RECEIVED BY HIM AS PER THE AWARD. EXCEPT IMPRISONMENT IS NOT ALLOWED BY THE JUDGE. CAN THE COMPLAINANT ASK THE SAME JUDGE TO REVIEW HIS OWN ORDER & IMPLEMENT THE SECOND PART OF AWARD IMPLEENTATION. IS THE COMPLAINANT PETITION CAN BE MAINTAINABLE IN THE SAME COURT BEFORE THE SAME JUDGE??? LOKADALAT s ARE CREATED TO SERVE NOT TO PUNISH IF THIS APPLIES THEN WHY THE PUNISHMENT PROVISON COMING IN TO THE PICTURE FOR A FINANCE COMPANY IN THIS CASE. KINDLY GUIDE ME WHAT TO DO & HOW TO AVOID THE SECOND PART BECOZ THE ACCUSED IS A GOVERNMENT SERVANT & THEIR ENTIRE FAMILY COMES ON ROADS IF IMPLEMENTED. IS THIS IS THE MOTTO OF LOKADALAT?? THE COMPLAINANT DEMANDING NOW TO PAY 1 LAC TO WITH DRAW THE CASE ELSE HE SEE THAT THE SECOND PART WILL BE EXECUTED. KINDLY TELL ME THE LEGAL REMEDY PLSSS.

    I have filed a petition for divorce against my wife in Mumbai at Bandra Family court. My wife is from Gujarat. Three dates have passed but my wife has not attended any of them. The marriage counselor told me that court will do ex-parte divorce after 2 months. However recently she has filed CRPC 125 against me in Ahmadabad Family Court claiming interim maintenance. My question is 1. If I get the ex-parte divorce after 2 months, is there any time limit within which my wife get the same set aside in High Court? 2. What if she does not get it aside within the prescribed time limit.? 3. Will I have to pay maintenance / interim maintenance even if I get ex-parte divorce? Please guide as me and my family are very disturbed.
