    Questions relating to matrimonial disputes, civil litigations, criminal proceedings, consumer disputes, arbitrations etc can be answered by me but not anything relating to taxations.

    hi, marriage of my girl friend got cancelled because i revealed everything about us our relationship to her would be husband just a day before marriage and grooms family took decision to cancel this marriage.My question is family of girl could take any legal step against me???if yes what step they could take against me? It was decided between us that she would take divorce after sometime of her marriage but as the days getting closer to her marriage her attitude totally changed and a day before her marriage she said that she would never come to me.Finally i decided to reveal all facts about us to her would be husband and i did and marriage got cancelled.Yesterday i recieve a call from girls family member that they would take some legal action and police complaint like s*xual harrasment etc against me.Plz advice sir what am i suppose to do now

    Dear All, I would like to know is there any proceedure to be registered for Real Estate Business. Please clarify my doubts reagarding real estate business. 1. If we collect money from the People as EMI for purchasing of Plots/lands. Is there any law applicable 2. Any specific law like monthly returns, tax, legal proceedings.....etc..,,, 3. Any specific law like contract act, property act applicable for the business of real estate.... 4. Collecting money from people whether it comes under "Money circulation act" ? 5. Any Pvt company can be formed for real estate business....what are proceedures and fomalities applicable laws............. Please do clarify the above doubts................................
