I am 31, stay in Mumbai. I got married to my GF on 27 May 2011. A priest from Arya Samaj came to venue hall and performed solemnized our marriage in presence of all relatives from my side only, but no one came from the girl side only because we didn’t want to disclose the matter to her family or friends also. Everything went done. We have clicked hundred of photographs with guests and priest etc and shoot videos for proof also. Next day I got Marriage Certificate from Arya Samaj Priest on Arya Samaj's letter head with stamp and signature of the same priest on it. DO MY QUERIES ARE: 1) SO DOEST IT MEAN I AM LEGALLY MARRIED TO THIS GIRL? 2) DO I STILL NEED TO REGISTER IT WITH BMC OR COURT? 3) IF I GO TO REGISTER MY MARRIAGE WITH BMC OR REGISTRAR WITH OUR DOCS AND ADDRESS PROOFS ETC, WILL THEY PEOPLE SEND ANY NOTICE TO GIRL'S ADDRESS? 4) IN ANY CASE, WILL GIRL'S PARENTS WILL COME TO KNOW ABOUT THE MARRIAGE WE HAVE DONE? 5) CAN I REGISTER MY MARRIEG IN GUJARAT IF I HAVE PERFORMED MARRIAGE IN MUMBAI? BECAUSE I M FROM GUJARAT, SO MY PASPORT HAVE ADDRSS OF MUMBAI, BUT MY RATION CARD AND BIRTH CERT. HAS ADDRESS OF GUJARAT.. SO CAN I REGISTER THERE? 6) IF HER PARENTS COME TO KNOW ABOUT IT, AND IF THEY RAISE ANY OBJECTION, CAN I LEGALLY PROVE OURSELVES ( ME AND MY WIFE NOW) RIGHT? CAN POLICE OR ANY AUTHORITY CAN PROVE IT IN VALID EVEN AFTER WE ARE MARRIED NOW AND VALID THROUGH ARYA SAMAJ? 7) I HEAD THAT I CAN REGISTER OUR MARRIAGE ONLY THROUGHT MY DOCUMENTS ONLY, AND NON NEED TO SUBMIT HER ADDRESS PROOF ETC... IS IT? 8) I HAD HAVE MARRIAGE AFFIDAVITE WHICH I NOTORISED WITH MINE AND MY WIFE'S SIGNATURE BEFORE MARRIAGE, THAT WE ARE GETTING MARRIED WITHOUT ANY FORCE OR LIKE THAT. SO HOW IT CAN HELP US IN ANY FIGHT WITH LAW OR ANY PROBLEMS? ONE MORE THING... IF I GO TO REGISTER MY MARRIAGE ( WHICH IS ALREADY SOLEMNIZED), HOW MUCH TIME OR DAYS WILL IT TAKE TO ISSUE ME THE MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE? WE BOTH ARE FROPM "C" AND "D" WARD, SO WHERE TO GET REGISTRATION FORM AND WHERE TO GO FOR REGITRATIONS AND SIGANTURE WITH MY WIFE AND 3 WITNESS? OR PLEASE SUGGEST ME SOME ADVICE AS AN OPTIONS Really need help… Please DO Waiting Regards

The opposite party file the case against my friend Case Detail Is, one year before The girl was commit sex with him and get pregnancy but at this time my friend told her to "you abort the child after that i will marry you" . So that girl was abort the child with the help of her family. After the polish investigation polish that girl told her uncle (35yrs old) helps to abort . so Sub Inspector dont get complaint. After that one help of MLA and SP.The opposite party file the case to my friend (376,420 and 417) these three sections. we are Apply the bail but opposite side party give the again one petition "dont give bail". Two month is over till now he did not get the bail. At the time of complaint opposite party given her age was 17years old. how to get the bail (Pls Tell me The case is critical ) . Please help me, How to get BAIL or Sqash The Case.

hi to all...i completed AMIE in electronics & comm engg in apr 2008.subsequently i got my marks card and also my provisional certificate also i got intimation to attend for convocation in kolkata but iam not attended because if iam not attended they will be sending the certificate through courier.....but after 4 months in december 2008 i got the letter from the institution that your project work is not satisfactory because you forged the signature of project work and you will be expelled from the institute ......but i answered to the institute that there is no presence of signature of the project guide is present but only a name of the project guide is present and you people treated the name of the project guide as signature.....but they are not considering my letters and telling me to expel my certificate........so what i should do.......pls anybody answer to me.....how can i get my certificate...

hi , i do have a query here regarding succession certificate . I do have my residence in Lucknow city . My parents have passed away and i have no sibling , thus one and only legal heir of the all property . I want to know the procedure of applying for succession certificate(someone told me that court takes 3% of total cost of house as fees). I have already registered my name in Nagar Nigam for the purpose of house tax(will this only suffice if in future if i want to dispose my house ? ).

Hello , I seek your valuable opinion. My problem is as below: i joined an MNC in the month of Aug 2010. I had to sign a service agreement which said if i leave the company within one year I will have to pay an amount of 20000/- to the company. When the agreement was signed the HR refused to give me a copy of the service agreement. After 8 months, I resigned in mid May 2011 after serving a notice period of 1.5 months (out of 2 months). In my Full and final settlement the amount deducted for breaking the Service agreement was shown as50000/-. I found this absolutely shocking and requested the Service agreement for legal verification, and yet again the company refuse to give me the copy but the HR did give me the document for reading purpose. There were certain things that i realised: 1) my signature was there only on the last page of the document while the rest of the pages that mentioned the service agreement clauses did not bear my signature. 2)till the end the HR refused to give me the copy of the doc. Am I not suppose to get a copy of the document. Can the initial pages of the document be tampered. What should I do to acquire the copy of the service agreement. your suggestion means a lot and is very valuable. Please help me sort this matter. Sarita kamal mail: sarita.kamal82@gmail.com
