Whether security guards who are guarding the towers installed in there house will come under the definition of security guards.whether they fullfill the requirment of 8hrs duty while suprevising from there house premises. Kindly let me know the case laws on the point if they are not considered employees.

Sir I am an employee of an leading organisation n working in frontline sales deptt. As i was the top performer in my team of 7 TSM.but now my boss is asking me to resign n he told me that if i did not resign then he will terminate me. sir pl guide me that wt to do in these circumstances as i have no other offer in my hands at present. I (28yrs) got married to a guy from a matrimonial site in last year june. I am from kolkata and my husband is from Mumbai. After marriage, my husband and in-laws started harrassing me for dowry and even took away all my jewelleries, cash and gifts given during marriage. My husband and in-laws especially my unmarried sister-in-law even mentally tortured me. My father-in-law and mother-in-law's main intention was to marry their son, get adequate dowry and then with that dowry marry their daughter. however when i refused to met their demand, they started torturing me and wanted me to divorce their son. After 2 months of marriage, I became pregnant and my in-laws started forcing me to get an abortion done and leave their home. When i refused to abort the child, they fought with my parents and threatened them of dire consequences if they didnt take me away. One day they even abused my parents over the phone and threatened to throw me out of the home in the middle of the night. The next day my parents brought me back to kolkata in october. Since then till date, my husband had called me up once thrice only to fight over trivial issues such as why did i lock my wardrobe and where are the keys, what was my netbanking id and passwords etc. Neither he, nor my in-laws have ever enquired about me or my baby who is at present 3 months' old. All my and my baby's expense is being boren by my father. i dont have the moeny to even consult a lawyer or go to Mumbai and lodge a complaint. Kindly advice me as to what legal action can i take by staying in Kolkata itself and taht i dont have to travel all the way to Mumbai with a small baby to look after.

i have a tenant since past 30 years. she pays a rent of 3100 since last 15 years and used to pay 500 before 1996. Is there any procedure by which i can evict her. the personal need n other ways under rent control act do not qualify in my case. if i cannot evict her, can i legally get the marker rent,which is around 40000?
