    a piece of land was gifted in the year 1960 to a charitable society by the owner within the municipal limit area to open a hospital. the society constructed the hospital by getting the approval of the maps by the municipal committee.for many years, the hospital was running and for some time it remained closed and after that the society gave the hospital to a local doctor on rental basis. in the revenue records the mutation was not done. the legal heirs of the donor they got entered their names in the revenue records and on the basis of that they have also sold a part of that gifted land to somebody. what is the procedure of the mutation of a registered gift deed, whose registry has been done in 1959? and as stated in the first query on this page... in that case a piece of land was gifted to the charitable society. a boundary wall was constructed. mutation was not entered in a passage of time. the legal heirs of the donor sold a part of land donated which was in possession with the donee. the part of land which was sold, the legal representatives of the donor entered the mutation in the revenue records. although the possession of the land is with donee. how to get mutation done in this case?? whether the deceleration suit can be filed by the donee who has come to know about this a year back?

In this circumstances the purchaser can save his right over suit property any remedy legal remedy to protect the third party like as a bonafide purchaser?     Can the agriculture land in maharastra be bought and registerd by the Pvt Ltd company having aticle that company can purchase agri land in their Memorandum of articles. The directors of the company are agriculturist having land in gujarat? If such agri land registerd in the Pvt Ltd company, will it have title problems later if the company wish to go for 100(20% land is int he company name and remaining 80% in the name of individual directors who are farmers as mentioned) acre special township project where there is provision of no need to convert the land to NA if company intends to develop the land for township?

    Dear Sir, My ex wife filed false 498a on me & my family members. Also, published in newspapers the crime report. The main case 498a pending along with DV. She claimed maintenance & judge give interim order to pay 25000 pm. I submit appeal to reduce it. She submitted the counter by giving false evidence documents to prove it. The appeal case is pending. My question is can I file counter cases for submitting the false evidences like IPC- 192 to 199 to support my case stronger? My lawyer is saying that I should wait till I win the case. Is he guiding me right? Please advice. Thanks & regards
