There must be certain guidelines and principles which are to be followed by any investigating agency before laying a trap and apprehending the public servant . Not all public servansts are corrupt. There can be mischief mongers amongst the complainant also.As far as my knowledge goes. The CBI must first investigate the complainant about the genuineness of the complaint. secondly they must ensure that there is no inducement thirdly the IO must ensure that the person who demanded money is competent to do that work in his official capacity or not. If the CBI does not follow these guidelines then for what purpose they must be condemned by all legal experts.Nowadays the CBI is just simply catch the govt servants for mere publicity thaqt only small grade employees GR C aqnd GR D and the investigators stand and pose for a photograph session for news and their way fo f standing show as if they are james bond.

You can find show business every where. Loopholes of law cannot be plugged until sincere efforts are made. Of course, some influential persons try to take undue advantage by misuse of the law & order machinery due to those loopholes only. In one CBI case against my client, I could even prove the handiwork of one of the CBI official in framing him in a bribery case just to favour his friend.

If sir if they dont foollow these guidelines can it be challenged before the specil judge or else he will turn a blind eye towards us.Complainant complaint has not been verified by cbi, named persons in the complaint and fir differ, voice recordings and cds submitted do not match, no demand audible or made in the cds or voice transcription, complainant has given a different version in his statement recorded a month after after his complaint, complainanat has gi ven different names in the press and interviuews given to the press The complainant is settled in a foreign country and he came specifically for the purpose after seeing his work done in the internet, complainant was o0n a hunger strike for the past four days before making his complaiant can he move what will be his medical condition if a person is on a hunger for the past four days,

Eventhough several and hundreds of discrepancies are there in the chaergesheet , verification memo, fir, statement of complainant and complaint even then the judge who is hearing this case just blinks and says nothing. What remedies are available. sir the voice transcrilption was signed by those witnesses who do not know the language in which it was spoken, can perjury case be registered against them.
