Can a member delegate the voting right to any other person in the election of the
managing commettee members by General Power of Attorny?

If no why?

Dear Experts,
Is it really so.
is there any express provision in the act then please let us know since my concern is that if a member of a company can submit his vote in proxy, then why is it nort applicable to society.
