Sir,
A Hindu person has died instate(without any will) unmarried leaving behind his father, mother, brother and sister. How his self acquired will devolve? Do sisters will get share? Plz. Suggest

Except mother all are being the class-II heir only the mother is entitled to inheerit her son.
