Respected Sir,
In a cheque bounce case issued before receiving of the goods, but later the goods were found to be of inferior quality and against 2 cheques a part amount of the first cheque was paid as they requested to pay in part and then later they will solve the issue. Now in the fast track court i have been convicted and now it is in appeal in district court. Now how do we come out of this as the cheques were issued before receivin of the goods and also the broker has given witness as goods inferior, but as he was afraid of judgement he did not cooperate further.please suggest.

For good recieved in inferior quality, there are other mechanisms. Cheque can not be bounced becouse of the same.
