Amount of nazrana for occupant class-ii land

sir,
can u please tel me what can be the amount of nazrana to be paid to the collector for the land falls under Occupant class-II.
kindly brief me there are following stages to get convert into occupant class-I.
1) pay premiun i.e.nazrana
2) get it convert i.e.NA for commersial use
3) pay 2% of the purchase price to the coolector as well as N.A.Assessment.as aer section 67&115 of the MLRC.1966

Does Nazrana means any bribe.
