i read ur details. what i feel is u hv written the facts of the case correctly but i wnted to know the exact details of your sisters conversation bewteen her husband during all this. any other document like letters mails or mediataor who can teel you that there was a difference of opinion between them so strongly. above all you can still move against in-laws and her husband but your case should be made strong i mean put up strong. as stated can u tell still more details in this regard so we can suggest you the best. take care

Be practical. Negotiate with the Police in "their language". Ask them to arrest them and realise the stridhan. Andha kanoon hai.
