sh there is no mandatory compliance is arms act.on which ground all criminal cases dismiss the same is also ..........
there are lacuna hi lacuna .......
if u will sand d fir then it will better.

see the site plan of the police...
wht type of vehicle used by the police,
for d time of arresting ,see the vehicle pointouted on the site plan or not....
belestic report.......
on the time of arrest wht was d opinion of police for the said pistol.

in addition recovery, presence of public witness, seizure memo, arms was in working condition or not are the relevant factors.
