Dear Sir/Madam

I have got copyright for Murasu, artistic work. It is the symbol of Mr.Viyayakanth's (Tamil film actor ) political party

Can I ask him not to use thesymbol murasu for his party. Should I inform this matter to the election commission.

Please advise me in this matter'

You must have obtained copy right only for the type of Murasu you have created using your imagination. If that Murasu of the same shape and measurements for which you own the copy right is used then you can initiate proceedings seeking a ban on such usage. That you can do by approaching the competent civil court complaining violation of copy right and seek injunction . Election commission cannot do anything about this.
