formation of an website

a trust intends to create a website. The trust is to appoint a volunteer to look after the affairs of the site. For no salaries ( since volunteer working selflessly) what documentation should be made ?

Maintaining a website involves physical and mental working. The Trust cannot enter into an agreement with anyone to work free of cost. No documentation could be made to that effect. If at all if any body comes forward to do the work as a charity, he may do so and seek your permission. You may only permit him to work free of cost. It could only be in the form of request-acceptance letters and no more documentation is required.
