Sir, I want to know about bonafide necessity.i am a resident of Delhi and had one of my commercial shop tenated by my father without any contract and paper work.I want it vacated.
1. what should be my legal steps.
2. my father had filed a rent case against the tenant but didn't helped in the eviction of tenant.
3. the tenant demands hefty amount to vacate which is out of my reach because I am a student and my house is in very dilapidated cndition.

The bonafide necessity can be to sell the shop for maintenance/ redevelopment of the house.
