Eviction decree

trail court issued exparte decree for non payment of rent and sub letting because sub tenant filed w/s but did not appear afterward while tenant neither filed w/s nor appeared on any of dates fixed despite costs which were also not deposited.AS PER ORDERS Tenant was directed to hand over possession within 2months. sub tenant has left after handing possession to landlord while tenant has removed goods and put the lock on the portion in his possession by placing waste furniture items. he has started demanding money to give possession otherwise he threats to ask for setting aside decree and if need be he will file appeal in distt court to delay the process. pl guide can he be able to get set aside exparte decree or take stay from distt court ag eviction without deposit of rent arrears which amt to 7lacs.
