Dear Expert,

I was married on Jan 2009 after few months my wife creating problem because of her ego and she is not trust anyone and very shaaki type of girl.

I am staying my old parents my mother is housewife and father retire getting pension. They done a lot for us but my wife never except our home

She is divorce. She earning well and very high ego problem .

Now problem is my wife separate from me she is not ready for adjustment after my all efforts.

I told her give me divorce if you don’t want to stay with me or not happy with me. She told me I will not leave you. Not give you divorce whatever you want do that.

What should i do in thing case please adviceeeee.

Dear Sir,

I still want if she ready I am want to stay with her. and no conditions just want adjust our home and i am ready to all efforts' she is member what ever she has right as a member we already give her never stop for any thing. But she not ready for compromise then what should i do. I try alot and tell her why spoil our relation come back but she not ready.

So what i will do now.

yes you can go under section 9 of HMA and do stress in the Court about your genuine terms and your apprehensions of her threat. The Courts are sensitive enough to give justice.

can I go court and said i want to saty with her and she s not ready what should i do ???

is there any law cos i still want every thing will solve and we can start our life I don't want divorce.

Dear Author,
Try up to ur leven best for the compromise. Otherwise move to a court of law and tell the Judge about ur position i.e. u want to continue with ur wife. There is the process of law that the judges are also used to try to resolve the matter amicably. If u need any type of help u can call me at 9871158578

she threating i will do can against your parents etc. But still want to give her chance and solve the matters.

Dear Sir,

I know you are right.

I want to face this please advice me what i do because she blackmail me i will spoil you and your family life. You all will stuck in flase case and all will arrest not get the bail also.

Please let me know how to deal this sistuation.

I want to face this.
