1: Which type of summon (Civil/Criminal)will forward by court?
2: If my friend will not appear court what the problem face? (bcz my friend staying out of state)
3: How my friend will escape from the situation?

Your query is ambiguous. However, it is clarified that evading of summon in both proceedings i.e. civil case or in criminal may prove fatal. So my advise is do not try to evade summon and respect the judicial process.
