Mortgaged property.

Respected sir,
I am from Plaintiff side.
The Plaintiff is a commission agent and carrying on business as a sole proprietor. The Plaintiff in past had a business relation with the Defendant no. 1 to 6. The Defendant no. 1 is a partnership firm and Defendant no.2 to 6 are its partners of the Defendant no.1. The Defendant no. 7 is the wife of the Defendant no.3 and Defendant no.8 is the wife of the Defendant no.5. The Defendant no.7 and 7 has stood as a personal guarantor and mortgaged their property in respect of the amount received by the Defendant no.1 to 5 on the basis of Invoice Value.

Partners are not giving my payment after due date. so can i clam on Mortgaged property.
