Sir,

As a layman how to know the case which is in the Court is : whether it is continuouing or dismissed ?

When sometimes petitioners not attending or sometimes accused not attenting the case

Is there any online way to know the status of the case which is before the Court, particularly in Tamil Nadu.

Sir,

If you collect the case No., Court hall, Parties name, you can get information through court staff. If your case is before High Court and in Tamilnadu if there is any online link then you may get the details.

Now the online facility is available only if the case is before the High Court.
